She will be a member of The Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team.A native Delawarean, Bradley was born in Lewes, grew up in Centreville, and has resided in western Sussex County for over 20 years. Here, she raised her two sons. Her Southern Delaware roots run deep as her mother and father were, respectively, from Roxana and Dagsboro. Many members of her family are still scattered throughout the county. Bradley’s numerous work experiences vary from financial management and analysis to teaching at the community college level. After receiving her master's degree in education and subsequently teaching for several years at Delaware Technical Community College, she decided to pursue a career in real estate. Since then, she has become a top-producing agent focused primarily on western Sussex County. Though her positions and job titles have changed, there remains a common thread throughout Bradley’s diverse career, and that is phenomenal customer service. A dedication to serving her customers combined with a “can-do” attitude has allowed Bradley to succeed year after year, even in a difficult market. “I am so grateful and simply delighted for the opportunity to join such an exceptional team. Jo-Ann Bacher and Sheila Davolos, rental managers with Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR®, recently attended the 2014 annual Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) Conference held in San Diego, California.
According to Bacher, "We attend this exceptional conference annually, designed specifically for vacation rental managers. The goal of this year's conference was to unite the vacation rental industry while updating many trends. We came away with multiple ideas that will ultimately help our clients who rely on us to manage and rent their properties in Sussex County, Delaware. This will help Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® keep ahead of the curve."
With over 1,000 professionals in attendance, the VRMA Conference was the largest ever held in the association's history. It was also the largest conference in the vacation rental industry. Bacher and Davolos were the only representatives from the state of Delaware.
"I valued the educational and networking opportunities," said Davolos, "We returned with new techniques and ideas to share with our strong rental team, and to prepare for the 2015 season."

Tjark Bateman joins Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® after 25 years of customer service experience, working within his family business, and recent entrepreneurial ventures. Born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware, he is a 1990 graduate from High Point College with a Bachelor of Science in business economics.
As founding board member of Community Bank Delaware, Tjark is active in the community and supports local and national groups like Rehoboth Beach Historical Society & Museum, Rehoboth Beach Art League, Children’s Beach House, Joseph Jeffery Stein III Foundation, Wings of Hope, and Jimmy V. Foundation (to name a few). He is a past member of the Rehoboth Beach Planning and Zoning Board and the State of Delaware Environmental Appeals Board.
Tjark enjoys spending time with his family, and he relishes the outdoors as well as all activities that come with it. He lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with his wife and daughter.

Carrie Elizabeth Lingo of Reho
both Beach, Delaware and Michael Murray Padgett of Greenville, South Carolina were married on Saturday, December 28, 2013. The couple stunned guests when their engagement party at a private home in Rehoboth Beach suddenly transformed into an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Carrie and Murray met in Coronado, California, where Murray was stationed with the Navy and Carrie was training with the US Field Hockey team. The couple decided to move to back to the East Coast permanently and start their lives together in Sussex County, Delaware. Not only are they husband and wife, but they are also real estate partners. The couple formed the Lingo-Padgett Real Estate Team for Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® and will work together out of the Lewes office.
